In 2012, Austin singer-songwriter Seth Sherman burst onto the local scene with his debut When The Moment Is True, a collection of pop gems blending his intricate John Fahey-esque finger picking with reflective songwriting reminiscent of Cass McCombs and Richard Buckner. Seth reached out to a number of veterans of the Austin scene and quickly realized this was no longer a solo effort. Thus was born Tinnarose. The band began playing live and writing the new songs that would eventually make up their self-titled debut.
