GBA Studios second unique drop sees legendary Yonkers emcee Styles P of the LOX collaborating with acclaimed Paris based Jazz trumpeter Ibrahim Maalouf on a smoky basement groove, urging y'all to 'Stay True.' The main mix is produced by the dynamic Tokyo based collective Guilty By Association (GBA), with a wavy B-Side remix by Japanese producer Budamunk. This limited release aquamarine-colored 7' vinyl, made in Japan, with album artwork by Gaurab Thakali, is itself a true gem befitting of the music. Polished yet raw, unhurried yet teeming with energy, the genre-bending 'Stay True' sounds like a person taking their time to whoop someone's a** in a new, creative way.
