Buying Gift Vouchers

1.What amounts are available?

We offer fixed-value digital gift vouchers (e.g., $25, $50, $100). Each voucher is a separate item you can add to your cart.

2.Can I buy multiple vouchers of the same value?

Yes. Add as many as you like to your cart. Each voucher is generated with its own unique code.

3.Can I use a discount coupon to purchase a gift voucher?

No. Discount coupons cannot be applied to gift voucher purchases.

4.Do I need recipient details before checkout?

Yes. If your cart contains gift vouchers, we’ll collect recipient name, email, and an optional message before checkout.

Vouchers are delivered by email with a unique code and simple redemption instructions.

2.Can I schedule delivery for a later date?

Yes. You can choose a future delivery date during the recipient details step. We’ll email the voucher on that date (Melbourne time).

3.Can I send the voucher to myself?

Absolutely. Enter your own email as the recipient and forward it whenever you like.

4.What if the recipient didn’t receive the email?

Ask them to check spam/junk. You can also contact us with your order number and we’ll resend the voucher.

At checkout, enter the voucher code. The value is applied to the order total (including shipping).

2.Can a voucher be used more than once?

Yes. If the order total is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance stays on the voucher for future use.

3.Can vouchers be combined with sales or promos?

Yes. Vouchers act like a payment method and can be used alongside promotions (unless a specific promo states otherwise).

4.Which currency do vouchers use?

AUD. Voucher value and redemptions are processed in Australian dollars.

Yes. Vouchers expire 3 years from the purchase date, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

2.Are vouchers refundable or transferable?

Vouchers are non-refundable and can be used by anyone with the code. Treat them like cash and keep the code secure.

3.Can I get a physical (printed) voucher?

At this time, our vouchers are digital only.
